7 habits that strengthen your immune system:
DO 3 MINUTES OF BREATHING EXERCISES BEFORE BED
Why is this important?
Engaging in breathing exercises is the most effective way of relaxing your body. Relaxation is important when preparing for bed. Belly breathing in particular, will help get rid of the stress and worries of the day. Excess stress and worries can prevent you from falling asleep, and can also prevent your muscles from relaxing while you sleep. Breathing exercises will also help improve your mindfulness and overall happiness. Combine your breathing exercises with some light stretching and positive reflection as part of your going-to-bed routine.
Tip: Breathing exercises are not only useful before going to bed.
Breathing exercises can be done throughout the day to reduce stress and anxiety.
Try to take some deep belly breaths before you go to bed and build this up to a 3-minute routine.
