Walk 40 minutes per day
Why is this important?
Walking is one of the best forms of physical activities because it has so many benefits and is easy to do. Walking everyday helps you sleep better, reduces stress and improves your mood. It also keeps your heart, joints and digestive system healthy. Walking reduces the risk of illness. There is no physical activity that delivers more benefits. If you are unable to walk, make sure you engage in other types of physical activity.
