Why is this important?

Drinking water or unsweetened tea throughout is the best way to keep your body hydrated. Without adequate hydration your body will not function properly. For example, you may experience false feelings of hunger which can lead to overeating and weight gain. Water and unsweetened beverages are also calorie-free. Make it your goal to drink between 2 and 3 liters of water or tea a day.
