Exercise helps every aspect of your lifestyle

Exercise helps us sleep better, it reduces our stress and increases our happiness. It also triggers most of us to eat more healthily and we burn more calories. For all these reasons, exercise is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle and is crucial in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.

Strength training

Make strength training part of your exercise routine at least 2 times a week. Strength training will help you you burn more calories throughout the day and while you’re asleep at night.

Weekly routine:

  • Try to exercise an hour a day

  • Train your large muscles at least twice week   (legs, back, chest, glutes)

  • Vary the type of exercise you do, to avoid overuse injuries

Write down your total minutes of exercise each day

Keep track of your daily exercise by writing it down. This will help you hold yourself accountable and will also help you form good habits.
