🦉 LIMIT TV TO AN hour per day
Why?
Watching too much TV contributes to unhappiness. If you choose to watch less TV you will have more time to sleep and exercise. You will also have more time for your friends and family and for meaningful activities. For example, you could spend that time cooking, learning a new language, playing an instrument, painting, or pursuing another meaningful hobby.
General rule of thumb:
TV should be viewed as a treat: be mindful and carefully choose what deserves your time and attention.
