🦉 Dedicate time to non-work activities EVERY DAY
Why is this important?
Dedicating time to activities you find meaningful increases your happiness and decreases your stress. The latest science shows that engaging in such activities also boosts your productivity and may help you live longer. What constitutes a meaningful activity will vary from person to person, but it should take your mind off work and other obligations. Some examples include:
- Learning a new language
- Reading
- Playing an instrument
- Exercise and physical activities.
