RENDLE RULES: HEALTHY WEIGHT

We have taken the latest science around health and wellbeing and made it simple to understand through our RENDLE RULES. In this 15-minute video we discuss 14 HEALTHY WEIGHT RULES. Adequate sleep, good stress management, a positive mindset and exceeding recommended guidelines for exercise and nutrition are all important elements of healthy weight management. The video also provides practical steps and simple things we can do on a daily basis to feel our best and achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Before you start any weight loss plan try to meet and exceed these six basic guidelines:

  • Drink water or tea

  • Sleep 7+ hours per night

  • Walk 30+ minutes per day

  • Eat 3+ servings of vegetables per day

  • Do strength training 2+ times per week

  • Don’t smoke
